October!

October sure got here fast! I've been working on several new items including my website at http://www.talentedlady.com/. Take a look at let me know what you think.

This tiger is china painted on a 5" by 7" porcelain tile. The tiger required five fires in the kiln to get the colors. I'm featuring it on my website.

It's hard to believe it's July and it's almost half way gone. Anyway I've been working on some glass lately and here's a new listing I just put on etsy.com. Hopefully the earrings will be interesting enough to you that you'll want to own them!

Parrot Porcelain Plate

I'm just a beginner with this blog and so I'm in an upward learning curve. I do want to show a piece of porcelain that I painted in the china painting method. This is an 8 inch plate. It took 3 firings before it was complete.

Dichroic fused glass pendant

This is a triangular pendant cut from blue glass. Textured silver and blue dichroic glass pieces were layered on top and then fused in the kiln.
